Teddy’s Birthday dinner at Andrei’s Conscious Cuisine & Cocktails. Here’s the story of Andrei’s: This is a non-profit restaurant, & all proceeds go to the Andrei Foundation to find a cure for an eye disease called Retinitis Pigmentosa. Andrei is the restaurant owner’s son who died from this disease. Sob story.

Shrimp Bisque $6 - with their house bread, YUM!

Surf & Turf Kebabs with cilantro pesto & tzatziki dip $14 - I chose 2 beef tenderloins, 1 salmon, & 1 shrimp (skipped out on the chicken). Beef & shrimp was really good, but the salmon was dry. I don’t like the tzatziki dip, but the cilantro pesto dip was BOMB!

The special of the day, Beef tenderloin with huckleberry sauce $39 - The beef was done pretty well. The huckleberry was so strong, but surprisingly worked well with the beef! It also came with this parsnip puree, which was pretty gross.

Food was good, but not amazing. Menu was small, so I hope they add more later on. I would come back just for appetizers, drinks, & to support the Andrei Foundation!
